Cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp. Cancellation charges are calculated based on the date of cancellation before the trip departure. No refunds will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a trip due to weather conditions, government restrictions, road closures, or any unforeseen circumstances. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Any applicable payment gateway or bank transaction charges are non-refundable. If the trip is cancelled by Wander Wheels Junction due to operational reasons, participants may choose either: A full refund, or Credit towards another trip (subject to availability). No refund will be provided for unused services during the trip, including accommodation, meals, activities, or transportation. In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, landslides, political unrest, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), refunds will be subject to recoveries received from hotels, transport providers, and other vendors.
